During the holiday season, our shipping partner currently requires 3 business days for order processing.
During the rest of the year, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. If you place an order before 12:00 pm Central Time on a non-holiday business day, your order should ship by end of day, but this is not a guarantee, only our partner's stated goal.

Refund Policy
When you purchase the Products, you are purchasing a food product and because of this, we do not accept returns and refunds are not available.
Please read the ingredient list carefully before making a purchase. The product contains dairy and is, therefore, not appropriate for all people.
We do, however, offer a replacement or refund under very limited circumstances in the case of a true manufacturing defect.
If you believe a product is defective, please submit a photo of the item and a detailed description of the defect to support@bestgfflour.com. A Company representative will reply by email.
