Shipping policy
Order Processing:
During the holiday season, our shipping partner currently requires 3 business days for order processing.
During the rest of the year, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed. If you place an order before 12:00 pm Central Time on a non-holiday business day, your order should ship by end of day, but this is not a guarantee, only our partner's stated goal.
You should receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Continental domestic shipping options and times:
Your shipping options are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping rate is currently based on the weight of the package to be shipped.
We offer only Standard Shipping – approximately 4 to 7 business days from order processing.
We are currently offering Flat Rate Shipping in the following increments:
- 2 ounces to 15 pounds: $6 to the Continental United States
- Up to 30 pounds: $12 to the Continental United States
- Up to 45 pounds: $18 to the Continental United States
International, PO Boxes:
We do not currently ship to PO Box addresses, outside the continental United States (no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii), or internationally. In the future, we hope to work toward greater availability of our outstanding product to serve you better!
