How do I manage my subscription or change my delivery schedule?
To manage your subscription, log into your Subscription Portal here. Once logged in you can pause or cancel your subscription, adjust your delivery frequency, skip an upcoming order, or make any account changes necessary.
How much does shipping cost for subscriptions?
We are currently offering Flat Rate Shipping in the following increments:
- 2 ounces to 15 pounds: $6 to the Continental United States
- Up to 30 pounds: $12 to the Continental United States
- Up to 45 pounds: $18 to the Continental United States
When will I be billed for my subscription?
You’ll be billed immediately after you place an initial subscription order. Recurring charges are based on your Next Charge Date which is set based on your subscription frequency. Adjust your Next Charge date in your Subscription Portal.
Can I skip or pause my subscription?
Skipping or pausing your subscription is simple. Inside your Subscription Portal, you’ll find a “Skip” button at the top of the page to skip an upcoming order.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, visit your Subscription Portal, open your product subscription, and select “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page.
